Sam Morgan

Primary Instructor & Owner

Sam Morgan is an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor and a State of Texas Certified Licensed To Carry (LTC) Firearms Instructor. El Paso Concealed Carry  was founded by Sam Morgan (Major, Ret.) in 2009 shortly after his retirement from the U.S. Army. Sam served his nation for 21 years in both the enlisted and officer ranks. He served in such distinguished military units as the 1st Special Forces Group where he was a Special Forces Engineer (Green Beret) and the 519th Military Intelligence Battalion where he was a Long Range Surveillance Company Platoon Leader, Assistant Operations Officer, and Executive Officer. He successfully graduated from some of the Army's top leadership schools; Ranger School, Special Forces Assessment and Selection, Special Forces Qualification Course, Jumpmaster Course, Officer Basic Course, Infantry Captains Career Course, Combined Arms Course, Small Group Instructor Course, and the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC).
